This is the Green Light from Leon’s Full Service. Possibly the most interesting drink I’ve had to date. The ingredients include Berkshire Mountain Ethereal Gin, lemon, fresh celery juiced on site, and roasted peanut orgeat (an oil water emulsion of peanut oils).
