This was my favorite drink at NYC’s Elsa. Mercy of a Rude Stream: Lemongrass-Pink Peppercorn vodka, vanilla, honey, lime, mint, and baked apple bitters. It was a complexly sweet and peppery cocktail. You only had to pop of of the floating beads in your mouth to find instantly it was indeed a peppercorn. Photo credit: Lush Lady
