Watermelon with vodka, two ways. No. 1 I jabbed the vodka bottle in the melon and let it sit for 2 weeks. (Instructions here). No. 2I filled a jar with cubes of watermelon and added the vodka. I let this sit in a dark area for 2 weeks. The verdict is… I prefer the jar infusion. I strained the vodka through a coffee filter, and am now enjoying it straight from a shot glass. Nom nom. No. 1

No. 2
I filled a jar with cubes of watermelon and added the vodka. I let this sit in a dark area for 2 weeks.
