The Machu Peachu is the Wrecking Bar Brewpubs Southern take on a Peruvian Pisco Sour. With the addition of peach and apricot nectars and apricot brandy to the classic ingredients, this drink is perfect for us classy folks down South. Impress your friends by making it at your next party/hoe down/shindig: 
Machu Peachu+ 1 1/2 oz Porton Pisco+ 1/2 oz Peach nectar+ 1/2 oz Apricot nectar+ 1/2 oz Apricot brandy+ 3/4 oz Lemon juice+ 1 spoon bar sugar+ 1 egg white
Dry shake all ingredients to start the meringue. Fill shaker with ice and shake well, strain into a champagne glass. Top with 2 dashes Angostura and 2 dashes peach bitters. Use stir stick to swirl in bitters for effect.
