This is no ordinary Manhattan. This is an amazing Manhattan at Wrecking Bar Brewpub in Atlanta. Four Roses Bourbon, Carpano Antica Formula, orange bitters, topped with a real maraschino cherry (not the hot pink kind!). Smooth but strong, as it should be.

The bartender at our local Mellow Mushroom (in Midtown, ATL) is passionate and generous. I ordered a drink with their bacon infused vodka which they happened to be out of, so she went out of her way to make sure I was happy. I ordered an Arnold Palmer (your typical sweet tea vodka and lemonade), but she one-upped me and added the Firefly mint sweet tea vodka and some fresh picked mint from their garden. She also gave me a taste of the peach sweet tea vodka… which inspired the next post.
