The Bloody Best at the Nook, on Piedmont Park in Atlanta. 32 ounces of the best bloody mary mix with Absolut Peppar and skewers of tator tots, steak, olives, jalapeños, bacon, toast and a hardboiled egg. Oh and let’s not forget the meat straw.
There’s a lot to be said for a good Bloody Mary.
We found this restaurant/wine bar Aria in the West Village and were drawn to the twinkly lights outside. Inside, we were blown away by a goat cheese plate, gnocchi, and spicy shrimp kabob over marinated artichokes.. and these Bloody Mary’s. For me, it was just the right amount of horseradish that made it. Well done Aria.

Just when you thought you had tried it all…
This is a Smoked Salmon Bloody Mary. The salmon flavor is in vodka produced by Alaskan Distillery. I enjoyed it with the delicious house mix at Osteria832 in the Virginia Highlands, Atlanta. Highly recommended with a plate of their Spaghetti Pomodoro.
