If you want to impress, shake up a cocktail with an egg white. The frothy foam adds a textural playfulness and takes the beverage to the next level.
+ 1 oz Applejack (or sub apple juice and use more gin)
+ 1 oz Gin
+ 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
+ 3/4 oz Grenadine
+ egg white
Shake with ice and strain.
