The Hummingbird cocktail is based on a classic polish drink the Tatanka, the Native American word for Buffalo. Want to make it yourself? The Wrecking Bar Brewpub has been kind enough to share their recipe with us!
+ 1 1/2 oz Bison Grass vodka
+ 1 1/2 oz fresh pressed apple juice
+ 3/4 oz lemon juice
+ 2 spoons Runny Honey
Shake all ingredients in a Boston shaker and serve straight up in a chilled martini glass. Finish with 2 dashes Fees Rhubarb Bitters and an edible flower for garnish.
