I completed my own challenge - to drink one each of every homemade infused flavored vodka shot from Hand in Hand in Virginia Highlands, Atlanta, when I got 150 followers. And, let me tell ya, I’d do it again! Shown here are cinnamon vanilla, grapefruit, strawberry, cucumber, blueberry and a double melon rum. They were all smooth and super sippable. Maybe I’ll do it again when I reach 300!

Last night I made MOJITOS! So minty and tasty.

+ 12 fresh spearmint leaves
+ 1/2 lime
+ 2 tablespoons simple syrup (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves, cooled) or 4 teaspoons sugar
+ 1 1/2 ounces light rum
+ Club soda
+ Lime wedge and mint sprig, for garnish

In a tall glass, muddle or mash together the mint leaves and lime. Add the simple syrup or sugar and fill the glass with ice. Add the rum and top with club soda, stir well. Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
