This sophisticated champagne with grapefruit sorbet was served at a lovely bridal shower I attended. The trick to getting the ladies happy was.. there’s champagne in the sorbet as well! It was a double shot of bubbly. The recipe couldn’t be easier. Make sorbet (recipe here), add to champagne. Garnish with a raspberry.

The Porter in Little 5 Points Atlanta is certainly known for its list of 500+ beers, but don’t ignore their cocktail menu or you’ll be missing out. This is one delicious quart of The Porter’s Ginger Lemonade, with housemade lemonade, ginger, and vodka.

Happy Sunday!
This is my favorite use for an empty liquor bottle. Especially Patron bottles <3

This is a pretty in pink Rosalita Margarita from Matador Cantina in Atlanta. Gran centenario roseangel tequila, patron citronage, and sour mix. It tasted like a typical margarita, but prettier.

A beer named after my favorite poet! At $15 a bottle, it’s on my “To Drink” list. But, if this beer tastes anywhere near how good the label looks, it’s gold. Check out their simple yet effective website/animation http://www.baudelairebeer.com/
